Who we are
This website is run by Moyors Systems ("we", "us"). If you have a question about your information, contact us through the contact form.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and any optional details such as company, phone number, budget and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project.
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our private records and in our Google account, and we receive a notification when a new one arrives. We use trusted service providers, including Cloudflare (website hosting and security), GitHub (private website storage) and Google (email and spreadsheets), who process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any legal record-keeping period. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
We never sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Security and spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
